Three things you need to do if your boss is perpetually angry at you. The first thing, pause and try and understand where this anger is coming from. Is it a personal reason that is coming out on you? Is there any flaw in your work? Is there any un-clarity about what to do and what not to do? Have a conversation to get more of this clarity. The second thing is become proactive. Message in the morning, this is what was done, this is a report, this is what my plans are. The more active part of this process. Third is create an own space. It is important that you do not become a remote control. That just because someone is angry, angry, then your life, your emotions, your work is getting impacted.
Create your own space, create your own silence that irrespective of what emotions are being thrown at you, you have the ability to concentrate and react from a place of calm and peace.
