High value isn't loud.It's disciplined

Biggest sign of a high value man is discipline. No matter what, when he has to work, he has to do it. The time he has to wake up, he will wake up at the same time irrespective of when he slept. Nothing can break his discipline. The second quality of a high value man is he is controlled by his desires. He is not driven by his likes and his dislikes. He may have likes and dislikes, but they don't drive him. His moral compass, his sense of duty is what is driving him. And third is a sense of respect. A high value man will always be someone who is consistently building himself, building his business, taking responsibility for his family at every point of time.
