Pain is your biggest teacher

I have talked to people who have gone through trauma or a lot of addiction. I had said one thing that you know there's that point and moment when you realize the pain is more than the pleasure that that addiction is giving you. I mean that pain is so much that you can't go through it anymore. That you have no other chance, no other choice but to turn around. And that really stayed with me that we feel like doing something externally but ultimately the power is all within it. It's about looking inside, seeing it become and to unleash you as a person.
