There is an exam after doing staff college. We go after preparing a lot. And these guys are like the best of the lot. And then they are trained and groomed to take on senior positions and all that. I was also lucky fortunate to have gone for that course. After going there, I left everything else. There is a beautiful library. All the books on special forces I read. Every single book. Every single book on special forces. I said that it's okay if I write this study. But this is my passion. Because I'll probably go back and I will be in a special forces unit. I have to know precisely what people have done in the world.

So that I can work beyond that. But when I went back to my unit, I was damn sure. What exactly I have to do.
