Episode: These 3 Practices can Make your Mind Limitless @PalgaRinpoche

About Palga Rinpoche

I wasn't ready for this conversation. And honestly, I don't think you will be either. Palga Rinpoche—the 8th Chokyong Palga, recognized as a reincarnated lama in the Drukpa lineage of Tibetan Buddhism—walked into my studio and the energy of the room shifted. His story is wild: born in a small village in Ladakh, identified at age two by Gyalwang Drukpa (the head of the Drukpa lineage) as a tulku, a reincarnated spiritual teacher. At 18, he left the monastery and ventured into technology and business in Europe, eventually building significant wealth through computer programming and entrepreneurship. But the money didn't fill him. He donated his earnings and returned to his spiritual path to become what he truly is—a Buddhist philosopher and teacher. He now shares Tibetan Buddhist teachings and spiritual wisdom through events, podcasts, and public platforms, balancing ancient philosophy with modern understanding.

What makes him uniquely qualified is that he's lived both worlds: the material world of wealth and business, and the spiritual world of deep Buddhist practice. He's not teaching from theory alone. He's teaching from lived understanding of what actually matters.

I brought him on because you're scattered. Your attention is pulled in a thousand directions, your mind doesn't feel capable of deep work, and you think that's just how you are. Palga shows you that's not true. Your mind is far more powerful than you've been taught.

The moment that changed everything was when he shared three practices for making the mind limitless. These aren't exotic or complicated—they're ancient Buddhist techniques refined across centuries, designed for exactly your problems: distraction, limiting beliefs, the feeling of being separated and small. He explained how perception and consciousness are connected—when you change how you perceive, you expand what becomes possible for you. That's not mysticism; that's how the mind actually works.

Here's why you need this if you're 18-30: You're probably struggling with focus, confidence, and the feeling that you can't think clearly under pressure. You're distracted by endless content and comparison. These practices help you rewire your mind and regain agency. Whether you're building a career, creating something meaningful, or just trying to think straight while the world is screaming for your attention—Palga's tools work. Plus, his teaching shows you that real freedom is possible. Not in some distant future, but right now, through how you relate to your own mind.

Go watch this. You'll thank me later. — Divya
