Why I brought this on: This is about legal failure, not about picking sides. Atul Subhash's case is real. He was driven to despair by family courts that function like they're designed to destroy rather than help. Cases that drag for years. Presumption of guilt before trial. Laws written to protect women but weaponized in ways that devastate people. That matters.

What blew my mind: The systemic failures. Not one person's fault—the entire structure. Family courts are understaffed, backlogged for years, impossible to navigate. Justice delayed becomes justice denied. And in that gap between accusation and trial, real people suffer. Atul was one of them. His despair was real. So were the system's failures.

Why you need this: Because you're the generation getting married, having families, potentially navigating divorce. Our courts are broken in ways that harm everyone—women genuinely seeking justice, men facing accusations, children caught in the middle. Knowing the system is broken doesn't make you anti-woman. It makes you pro-justice. And you should demand better courts, better judges, better processes.
